Interior Designer

We are searching for a driven, highly organized Interior Designer with a passion for residential design. The ideal candidate is well-organized and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time position located in Spring, Texas

​

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Degree or diploma in interior design.

  • Minimum of three years of experience in residential design.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and technical skills.

  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Layout (or AutoCad) is required.

  • Experience with Design Files or similar and Asana is a plus.

  • Exceptional space planning skills

  • Work closely with Principal to create design concept and item selection presentations

  • Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision.

  • Ability to source furniture, fixtures, and finishes, including custom designs.

  • Ability to prepare pricing and quotes, worksheets, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices.

  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and vendors.

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

  • Must have a car, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in person at our dedicated office space in City Place (Spring, Texas)

Design Intern

We are searching for an Intern with a passion for residential design. The ideal candidate is well-organized and has strong presentation skills. We pride ourselves on our hard work and dedication to creating extraordinary spaces for our clients that exceed expectations.

This is a part-time or full-time summer position located in Spring, Texas.

​

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Enrolled in coursework for interior design or related field.

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to organize and manage the resource library.

  • Ability to contact vendors for pricing and collecting quotes.

  • Ability to make returns and pick up samples.

  • Ability to create presentations and specification sheets.

  • Ability to prepare quotes with direction. 

  • Able to assist with marketing tasks as necessary.

  • Experience with Design Files, Canva, and Sketch Up is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Must have a car, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in person at our dedicated office space in City Place (Spring, Texas)
